Terms and Conditions gj99 — Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the gj99 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the gj99 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gj99 ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first use our services, whichever comes earlier.

2 Member Eligibility

The gj99 platform is only open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Age 18 years old and above on the date of registration.
• Not self-excluded from any gambling platform.
• Not currently subject to any court order or law restricting participation in gambling activities.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of another party.
• Using legally obtained personal funds for wagering purposes.

Gj99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts unable to verify the age requirement will be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only at gj99 at any one time. Multiple account ownership — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information — is strictly prohibited.

Information Required During Registration

• Full name as shown on official identification documents.
• Accurate and valid date of birth.
• An active, accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.

You are fully responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. gj99 is not liable for any loss or issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by you.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Gj99 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a standard industry compliance requirement. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Valid MyKad or passport (front and back).
• Selfie with identification document.
• Recent bank statement or eWallet account screenshot.

Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

Deposit

All deposits to your gj99 account must be made via approved payment methods available on the platform. gj99 accepts DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your gj99 account. gj99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and your account's KYC status. gj99 reserves the right to request additional information before processing large withdrawals. No platform fees are charged for withdrawals via Malaysia payment methods.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at gj99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Please read the bonus terms carefully before claiming.

Rollover Requirements (Re-wagering)

All bonuses credited to your account carry rollover requirements that must be met before the bonus amount is eligible for withdrawal. Rollover requirements are expressed as "Xx" — for example, a 10x rollover means you must place wagers totalling 10 times the bonus value before the bonus portion can be withdrawn.

• Your original deposit amount not subject to the bonus rollover requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Only the bonus portion is subject to rollover requirements.
• The timeframe for meeting rollover requirements will be stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Failure to meet rollover requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus balance being automatically forfeited.

Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Gj99 uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate rollover requirements.
• Using wagering strategies clearly intended to meet rollover requirements with minimum risk (e.g., opposing bets within the same game).

6 Player Conduct and Responsibilities

As a gj99 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all of the following conduct guidelines:

• Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to play automatically.
• Not exploiting any software bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to the gj99 support team.
• Do not spread false or misleading information about gj99 on any platform.
• Not engaging in any action that could damage the reputation or integrity of gj99.
• Not using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location while playing.
• Not sharing your account with any other individual.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your gj99 account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. gj99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the gj99 support team immediately. gj99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

We encourage all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts as an added layer of security. 2FA is mandatory for all withdrawal requests.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Member

You may close your gj99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by gj99

Gj99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or game manipulation.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (with prior notice given).

9 Liability Limits

Gj99 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning properly, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical disruptions, system downtime, or unforeseen errors.

Gj99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform, including financial losses due to game outcomes, internet connectivity issues, or unavoidable technical errors.

In the event of a technical error causing incorrect or invalid payouts, gj99 reserves the right to void such payouts and restore the account balance to the correct amount once the issue has been resolved.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Gj99 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the gj99 platform after updated terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into effect.
